The submission from 2018 Nov 5th to Nov 30 is for delegates who need the early confirmation of symposium, paper, and poster acceptances in order to apply for the visa more efficaciously, we will review each submission from this period immediately and send the notifications within two weeks.
The second round submission will open on 2018 Dec 10th to 2019 Jan 31st, and we will send the notifications before early April 2019.
