Background
Mostafa Zarean has got BA, MA, and PhD (2015) in Clinical Psychology (Iran), and also visited Tilburg University (the Netherlands) for a 6-month-course (2014) on Cross-Cultural Psychology under the supervision of Fons van de Vijver (former president of IACCP). He has been interested in cultural considerations of psychopathology across divers cultural groups. As a member of psychology profession, he has been involved in international and regional associations. Being served as EC member- Special Representative (2013-2020) in IACCP (International Association for Cross-Cultural Psychology) and international representative in IPA (Iranian Psychological Association) are examples. Currently, he is working on the cognitive basis for emotional experiences, while doing psychotherapy (CBT) with clinical populations.
