Nguyen Thi Minh Hieu, or Minh Hieu, received her PhD in Psychology from Massey University, New Zealand. She is Head of the Management Department, Faculty of Tourism & Management, Hanoi University, Vietnam. After getting her BA from Japan, she worked for the United Nations Development Programme then became a lecturer at Hanoi University and Massey University. Her research interest is in the field of I/O Psychology, including entrepreneurship, leadership, culture, and sustainable development. She has a long experience of working with the social enterprise community in Vietnam. Being in charge of External Affairs for Vietnam Association of Psychology (VAP), Minh Hieu is also working hard to promote the collaboration of VAP with international partners.
